These terms govern access to and use of the Quiova Labs website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy.

1. The Site
The Site provides information about Quiova Labs, how we build products, and our apps (including Yavara). Content is informational and may change without notice.
Specific apps or services may have their own terms. If those conflict with these Site terms, the product terms prevail for that service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not abusively: do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use content in ways that infringe third-party rights or applicable law.
3. Waiting list and communications
If you join a waiting list, you provide a contact email so we can notify you about early access or related updates, according to the consent you give in the form.

4. Intellectual property
Trademarks, logos, text, design, and other Site content belong to Quiova Labs or its licensors. You obtain no exploitation rights beyond what is needed to browse the Site under these terms.
5. Availability and “as is”
We aim to keep the Site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or completeness at all times. To the extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is”.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quiova Labs is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses arising from use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for willful misconduct or obligations that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
9. Changes
We may change these terms by posting an updated version on this page with a new update date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
